About the Lodge
The Turangi lodge was built in 1970 and contains of 120m2 of living space.
It is run by the Club to provide affordable accommodation for AFAC members and affiliated club members.
The House sleeps a maximum of 8 people:
1 x bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2)
1 x bedroom with 2 single beds (sleeps 2)
1 x bedroom with 2 single bunks and 2 single beds (sleeps 4).
Kitchen, Living room with fireplace, Dining area, Bathroom, Toilet, Drying room, Carport and cleaning station.
The lodge comes with a fully equipped kitchen with Oven, Microwave, 2x Fridges, Deep Freezer, Washer, BBQ, Log fire, Heaters.
Guests must provide their own linen and towels and are expected to leave the lodge clean and tidy for the next guests.
Departure time is 11am on the last morning of your stay unless otherwise arranged.

- Bookings can only be made by current members of AFAC or current members of other associated fly fishing clubs.
- Affiliated club members must be a financial member of an affiliated Fly fishing club.
- Maximum eight people.

You will receive an email confirming your provisional booking which includes:
- The amount due
- Instructions for payment
- The number of days and date of your booking

Enjoy your stay
Once we have received your payment we will send a final confirmation of booking, with information about the lodge including the address, codes for the gates, front door and burglar alarm.
Make a booking
Bookings can only be made by current members of AFAC or current members of other associated Angling Clubs.
Bookings are taken on a ‘first come, first served basis.’
Bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance.
House bookings made three (3) months or more in advance will require a deposit of 25% of the projected total.
Please immediately notify the Booking Officer if you need to cancel or alter your booking.
Cancellations of less than seven (7) days’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the projected total, if the property cannot be re-let for the same period.
