AFAC Turangi Lodge Bookings

“Bookings must be made at least 2 workings days in advance.
Please note that the Booking Officer will only respond to Lodge bookings or enquiries during normal working hours, Monday to Friday”. 

If you want to make a booking:

Email the bookings officer (bookings@afac.org.nz) with the following information:

    1. Dates required.
    2. The number of names of the people in your party (categorised by whether they are current AFAC members or not).
    3. Specify whether you would like to book the whole house.

The Bookings Officer will confirm with you:

    1. Whether the house/beds are available on the dates requested.
    2. A summary of the cost.
    3. Codes for the gates, front door and burglar alarm.
    4. The House rules (in the form of an information brochure).

Payment
Payment is required prior to the booking and no later than five (5) days after vacating the property.
Payment should be made to 03-1527-0105380-00, using your name and include ‘House’ as the reference.

Booking Policies:
Bookings can only be made by current members of AFAC or current members of other associated Fresh Water Angling Clubs.
Bookings are taken on a ‘first come, first served basis.’
Whole house bookings can only be made if there are no prior individual bookings for the same date/s.
Bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance.
House bookings made three (3) months or more in advance will require a deposit of five (5) dollars per head/night or 25% of the projected total, whichever is the greater.

Cancellation Policies:
Please immediately notify the Booking Officer if you need to cancel or alter your booking.
Cancellations of less than seven (7) days’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of five (5) dollars per head/night or 25% of the projected total, whichever is the greater, if the property cannot be re-let for the same period.
